In the digital age today, Customer Experience (or Digital Experience) is widely accepted as the key competitive differentiator both for Business to Consumer (B2C) as well as Business to Business (B2B). Equally true is the fact that customers today (across B2C as well as B2B worlds) expect a consistent, cross-channel experience – which can be delivered only through an omni-channel approach. Combining these concepts with the well-known phrase “Every business is a digital business” leads to our theme of “Every business is a digital, omni-channel, experience business”.
