Wishing you all the happiest of holidays! As we enjoy some well-deserved festive fun with loved ones, I couldn't help but take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've shared in 2023. What a year it's been for us at Tangentia – a year filled with growth, and heartwarming successes, innovation, and the milestone event of celebrating the 20th year of our existence. 

Highlights of the Year: 

Business Growth:  

• New Logos- We've had an amazing year, welcoming multiple new clients across geographies with some notable mentions being Porter Airways, Surati Foods in Canada, EESL, VVDN, Putzmeister, Lahori Jeera in India, Sonepar USA and Sonepar Mexico. 
• Growth in Existing Relationships- We would like to thank our existing clients that have expanded their relationships with us, and we would like to mention Reliance Retail, Del Monte Foods in India, LCBO in Canada, Interplex in Singapore and Eversana, Barnes & Noble in the USA. 
• Focused Solutions- Tangentia is now proudly positioned as a Global Boutique consulting solutions leader in the Automation and Supply Chain business. 
• Expanded Partnerships- We are especially bullish about our global partnership with Microsoft around the Microsoft Power Platform and Co-Pilot, renewed partnership with IBM around Supply Chain with Sterling OMS and Sterling B2B and around Automation with WatsonX and expanding our Intelligent Automation partnerships with Automation Anywhere, UIPath and Abby. 

Innovations and Tech Advancements:  

• Tangentia made it to the top 20 RPA (Robotic Process Automation Companies) in the world in the Forrester Q2 RPA Provider Wave report. 
• We were also recognized as a strong performer by Zinnov Zones in both the Intelligent Automation (IA) Services – Boutique Service Providers and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Services – Boutique Service Providers categories.  

Client Success Stories and Customer Advisory Group:  

• The beating heart of Tangentia lies in the success stories of our clients. This year we are proud to announce that we had at least a couple of our clients present our solutions at Global Industry events to high praise from their peers. 
• Many of our new clients have been word-of-mouth referrals from our existing customers and a big thank you.  
• We started our first-ever Tangentia Customer Advisory Group in 2023. 

Employee Recognition and Great Place to Work:  

• A huge shoutout to our incredible team! Your hard work, creativity, and resilience are the driving forces behind our achievements.  
• Many of our team members have not only gained recognition from our customers but have pushed the envelope by contributing to advancing technology special mention to Abhay Naik who won the Stellar Contributor of the Year award from the Automation Anywhere Pathfinder community. 
• Tangentia again made it to the Great Place to Work list of workplaces in 2023 which makes it 3 years in a row.
